Eight Seasons Inari will open its doors on 15 December 2026 , and we are now looking for a Resort Manager for a permanent position – someone who is excited to be part of building something new, developing exceptional services, and creating unforgettable and authentic Lapland experiences for our guests. Eight Seasons Inari is a new, high-quality resort and part of StayLapland, a hospitality company founded by a local Lapland family. Our concept brings together the uniqueness of northern nature, high-quality accommodation, memorable experiences, and warm, personal service. StayLapland is a family-owned company founded in 2021. For several years, we have provided high-quality winter activities and accommodation services to tens of thousands of travellers in Rovaniemi. Our current locations include Kuoksa Wilderness Park , our private activity park surrounded by pristine nature; Postmaster Hotel , located in Rovaniemi’s historic former post office; and Aurora Hill Resort , set amidst the beautiful landscapes of Ollerovaara. Now it is time to take the next step and bring the services our guests have come to love beyond Rovaniemi. To make that happen, we are looking for committed and talented people to join our team. As Resort Manager , you will be responsible for the daily operations of Eight Seasons Inari and for ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and – above all – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the resort’s operations and develop our ways of working together with the rest of the team. Your responsibilities will include: Participating in, leading, and coordinating the resort’s daily operations. Leading, onboarding, and scheduling staff. Developing the guest experience and service quality. Building and continuously improving operational processes. Budgeting and budget monitoring. Working closely with the sales, marketing, and restaurant teams. Managing the overall reservations and front office operations. Managing staffing and resource planning. Monitoring costs and operational efficiency. Driving and monitoring upselling activities. Handling and monitoring guest feedback and developing services based on it. Working closely with our own partners as well as local partners and activity providers. Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and the overall functionality of the resort. Reporting and working closely with company management. Contributing to the long-term development of the resort’s services and operations. During the first years of the new resort, the role will place particular emphasis on building, developing, and getting things done . Not everything has been written or decided yet – and that is exactly what makes this role such a unique opportunity to make an impact. We are looking for someone who has: A strong desire to develop, grow, and succeed. The confidence and willingness to take responsibility. A positive and energetic attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to solve problems independently. The ability to drive commercial performance and contribute to profitable growth. A valid Category B driving licence. Ideally, you have previous experience in the operational management of a hotel, resort, restaurant, or other tourism business. You are comfortable working with people and understand that an outstanding guest experience starts with a happy, motivated, and well-functioning team. We particularly value previous leadership or supervisory experience within the tourism or hospitality industry. Above all, however, we are looking for the right attitude and a genuine desire to build something meaningful . What we offer: A permanent employment contract. Competitive salary. Employee benefits. A responsible and independent role in a brand-new resort. A genuine opportunity to influence the resort’s operating practices and service concept. A diverse and varied role.
