The role includes developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and visualizations, analyzing financial, operational and customer data, identifying trends and root causes, and automating recurring reporting using Power Platform, SQL, and Python. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and business-oriented Data Analyst to join a leading international organization. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support better decision-making, improve operational performance, and drive profitable growth. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions, helping them make data-driven decisions that create tangible value. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations. - Analyzing financial, operational, sales, customer, and productivity-related data. - Identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance deviations. - Creating structured datasets, data models, and reporting solutions. - Supporting KPI management and improving reporting consistency across the organization. - Integrating and validating data from multiple business systems and sources. - Investigating root causes behind business performance variations and recommending corrective actions. - Automating recurring reporting and analytical processes. - Utilizing Power Platform, SQL, Python, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and insight generation. - Collaborating with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting practices, and decision-making processes. We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with curiosity, business understanding, and a desire to continuously improve ways of working. To succeed in this role, you likely have: - A relevant degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance, or performance management. - Strong skills in Power BI and Excel. - Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Power Platform solutions. - Knowledge of SQL and Python, particularly for data analysis, modelling, and automation. - The ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable way. - Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity to investigate underlying causes behind data trends. - Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Fluency in English.
