Car Manager

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Car Manager to join our team! As our Car Manager, you will be responsible for keeping our company vehicles safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for tours. You will work closely with our guides and ensure the right vehicle is available and in good condition when needed. Responsibilities - Manage and take care of the company's vehicles - Regularly check vehicle condition, safety, cleanliness, and general maintenance - Prepare vehicles for tours and ensure they are ready for use - Arrange and coordinate vehicles between guides according to tour schedules - Install and maintain GPS tracking systems in vehicles - Keep track of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs - Identify and report mechanical or technical problems - Coordinate servicing, repairs, tire changes, and other vehicle-related needs - Assist guides with vehicle-related issues during tours - Respond to and rescue vehicles in emergency situations when needed - Ensure vehicles are properly equipped and prepared for different tours and conditions We are looking for someone who - Has good knowledge of cars and basic vehicle maintenance - Is responsible, practical, and well-organized - Has a valid driving licence - Can work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations - Is flexible and available when unexpected vehicle problems occur - Has good communication skills and enjoys working with a team - Is comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions - Previous experience with fleet management or similar work is an advantage Location: Rovaniemi Employment period: 15 October 2026 – 31 March 2027 Working hours: Full-time Employment type: Fixed-term seasonal position Salary: Monthly Applications should be sent to [email protected].
