Lithuanian company UAB Laivsta (business ID 2897980-4) is looking for scaffolders for different worksites. We are seeking experienced Industrial Scaffolders to join our team for largescale industrial projects in Finland. The role involves erecting, modifying, and dismantling complex scaffolding systems in demanding industrial environments, ensuring full compliance with international standards. This position requires advanced technical competence, strong physical capability, and proven experience in heavy industrial settings. Our expectations: - Scaffolding qualification certificate - At last 2 year of experience in scaffolding - Occupational Safety card - Availibility to move to another worksite if needed - Driving license B as an advantage Key Responsibilities: Erect, modify, and dismantle Cuplock, Haki, Plus 8, Layher Allround TG 60, Traditional (pipes) scaffolding systems Interpret and execute technical drawings, load calculations, and assembly plans. Work at significant heights and in confined industrial spaces Perform scaffolding work during shutdowns, turnarounds, and high intensity schedules. Use lifting equipment, tools, and PPE according to standards Report progress, deviations, and safety observations to supervisors. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial scaffolding (refineries, pulp & paper, chemical plants, power plants, offshore, shipbuilding). Ability to work at heights up to 40–80 meters. Ability to lift and carry 25–30 kg materials repeatedly. Scaffolding qualification certificates The salary is according to collective agreement (TES) in the technological industry.
