📢 WE ARE HIRING: THAI SALES EXECUTIVE Siam Oriental Condos | Pattaya Siam Oriental Condos is looking for a Thai Sales Executive to join our new Thai Sales team. We are looking for a new-generation salesperson who is interested in real estate sales, social media and short-form video content, and who wants to help us develop a new Thai customer market for Siam Oriental Condos. 💼 YOUR ROLE Sell Siam Oriental condominium projects to Thai customers Manage leads, customer follow-ups and property viewings Build and maintain relationships with Thai customers and Thai real estate agents Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop the Thai customer market Participate in creating Thai-language content for Facebook, TikTok and Instagram Reels Participate in filming short videos and property presentations Help develop new ideas for reaching Thai customers through social media Become one of the faces of Siam Oriental Condos in the Thai market ⭐ WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO... Speaks Thai fluently / at native level Can communicate in English with the Sales Manager and team Is confident and comfortable in front of a camera Is interested in TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media Is creative and enjoys developing new ideas Has good sales and customer communication skills Is energetic, proactive and goal-oriented Is interested in real estate and Pattaya You do not need to sell to or serve customers in English – Thai is the main language used when working with customers in this position. Previous experience in real estate sales, B2C sales, social media or content creation is an advantage. You do not need to be a professional video editor.
