Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree Work experience: 3 years Language skills: English, Swedish, Finnish Job Summary Salary: EUR 3 500 - EUR 4 000 Salary Period: Monthly Contract Type: Full time, Permanent About the role Cocopanda is growing across the Nordics, and in Finland we're looking for a Social Media & Retail Coordinator to own our organic social media presence and content. You'll build the brand awareness, engagement, and community that drive local traffic and conversions — while producing creative content that also fuels our paid channels and AI visibility. You'll work closely with the central marketing team in Kristiansand, Norway, contributing to a 13-month campaign plan spanning multiple Nordic markets, while staying hands-on with day-to-day content creation and community management. Based at Tripla in Helsinki, you'll also help strengthen our local partnerships and presence in the Finnish market. What you'll do Run organic social media publishing — content creation, community management, and engagement — with local adaptation of tone of voice and brand identity Own the content calendar in alignment with Deal of the Week, campaigns, and events Keep campaign execution on track within the 13-month plan, ensuring content reaches the right customer segment at the right time (seasonality, holidays, lifecycle stages) Produce and coordinate creative content — video, imagery, and copy — reusable across paid channels Develop influencer and partnership content Run the organic components of competitions and lead-generation activities Act as coordinator for our physical store How success is measured Follower growth and engagement rate per channel Organic reach and share of voice versus competitors Traffic from organic social media, and the split between new and returning visitors Contribution beyond last click — assisted conversions and branded search On-time, on-target campaign execution against the 13-month plan Share of paid creative assets reused from organic content (production efficiency) Footfall to the physical store What we're looking for Experience running organic social media across channels An understanding of how organic, paid, and AI visibility work together — not social media in isolation Fluent in both Finnish and Swedish, written and spoken (copy, captions, community responses), and confident on camera — you don't need to be a native speaker, but you need to sound natural on video in Finnish Strong, hands-on creative production skills across video, imagery, and copywriting — not just strategy Experience with campaign and editorial planning Community management and influencer/partnership experience Data literacy: reach, engagement rate, share of voice, assisted conversions High energy and initiative — someone who brings a positive presence to the team Interested? If you love creating content, know how to build a community, and want to shape how a growing Nordic e-commerce brand shows up in Finland, we'd love to hear from you.
