Senior HVAC Engineer — Helsinki, Finland

About Your Position ·        Lead a design team of five engineers. ·        Define the design concept for each project. ·        Set the design schedule and make sure the team meets it. ·        Lead projects from preliminary design through preparation of the tender and construction documentation. What We're Looking For ·        B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Aalto University or an equivalent EU university. ·        At least 10 years of experience designing HVAC and ventilation systems. ·        In-depth knowledge of heat-load calculation, HVAC system selection and design, AutoCAD drafting and Revit modeling. ·        Experience preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates. ·        At least 5 years of experience leading a team of engineers. ·        Full command of the Office suite. ·        Fluent English and Finnish. ·        Based in Helsinki or the surrounding area, or willing to relocate. ·        A committed, responsible approach and strong teamwork skills.
