As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you work at the intersection of AI engineering, software development, and customer collaboration. Your mission is to turn promising AI pilots and use cases into production-ready solutions that create business value. You will work closely with 1–2 strategic customer accounts at a time, taking end-to-end ownership from pilot to production. Working hands-on within customer environments, you design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM and agentic solutions together with client teams and other Siili consultants. This is not a traditional advisory or architecture-only role. You stay close to the code while helping customers navigate evolving requirements, make technical decisions, and build AI solutions that meet enterprise needs around data, integrations, governance, security, and compliance. You will also contribute to pre-sales and help turn successful delivery approaches into reusable patterns across Siili. What we’re looking for We are looking for an experienced AI and software engineering professional who combines strong hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing skills and end-to-end ownership. We hope you recognize yourself in most of these: 5+ years of experience building and shipping AI/ML-based systems into production, with strong recent experience in LLM-based solutions and a focus on delivering real customer value. 5+ years of AI or ML Engineering, or a similar background in full-stack engineering Strong understanding of LLM and agentic systems, including their architecture, frameworks, evaluation, and production deployment.
