IT Support Engineer

At ALTEN Finland , we are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support activities through the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of complex test laboratory environments. We are seeking a hands-on IT professional with strong Windows and Linux expertise who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. In this role, you will maintain laboratory equipment, perform software and operating system updates, support testbed configuration changes, and ensure the availability of test environments used for validation activities. Working closely with laboratory teams, you will contribute to configuration planning, defect analysis, verification activities, and the continuous operation of the test laboratory environment We appreciate At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Technical Support roles Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments Experience administering and maintaining VMware-based virtualized environments Good understanding of Active Directory , user management, and access administration A genuine interest in technology, technical troubleshooting, and building and maintaining IT environments We offer ALTEN Finland offers a long-term opportunity to work on meaningful industrial software solutions within a skilled expert team.
