Finance Business Partner

To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced, curious and business-minded Finance Business Partner who enjoys working close to the business and translating numbers into clear, value-creating actions. In this pivotal role within the CFO Office, you will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with leaders across all functions. What you will do: Financial controlling and reporting - Coordinate monthly and annual closing processes with external partner, covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, net working capital - Coordinate tax, statutory reporting and audits preparation Business partnering - Act as a trusted finance partner for business stakeholders, helping teams understand & improve performance, achieve KPIs and manage costs proactively - Deliver clear, robust financial analyses that support strategic and operational decisions across sales, production / unit costs, margins and profitability - Turn variances and performance trends into insightful, actionable reporting for management and Board-level decision-making - Support investment evaluations and business cases that enable sound, data-driven growth decisions Planning and forecasting - Lead rolling forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring strong alignment with group strategy and business priorities - Develop scenario modelling together with the business to strengthen forward-looking decision-making - Own cash flow forecasting and help improve visibility into working capital needs BI and data ownership - Own and continuously improve Power BI and NetSuite reporting together with our external partner - Act as a Power BI super user and champion better data quality, automation and analytics to deliver accurate, timely business insights What we are looking for: - Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of relevant experience in finance/business partnering, business controlling, financial controlling, FP&A or audit - Experience in closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, preferably in an international or multi-entity environment - Solid knowledge of Finnish statutory accounting (FAS), taxation knowledge is a plus - Good Power BI skills as user, ability to build reports and understanding data flows - Experience with NetSuite and AI-enabled analytics is a strong advantage - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in both Finnish and English Why join Premix? - A meaningful finance role where your insights directly influence business decisions in a growing international manufacturing company - A broad learning opportunity across business partnering and finance controllership - Exposure to international growth across EU & US operations, with the chance to contribute to scalable finance processes - A professional, values-driven and development-oriented working environment where collaboration and continuous improvement matter - A skilled and supportive team that actively explores BI, automation and AI analytics to improve the way Finance creates value - Competitive compensation with annual bonus model and employee benefits like extensive occupational health care, lunch benefit, ePassi, Personnel Fund Location The role follows a hybrid working model, with regular presence at Premix HQ in Rajamäki, Finland, enabling close collaboration with the business while maintaining flexibility.
