Your tasks You'll work hands-on in assembly, making sure every component meets the high standards Bluefors is known for. - Assemble electronics, vacuum, and pneumatic components according to work instructions - Perform soldering work with care and accuracy - Test assembled components and verify they meet quality requirements - Identify and report any deviations or quality issues - Collaborate with your team and communicate in English day to day We expect from you - Previous background in assembly work - Technical education or vocational training in a relevant field - Good English skills, Finnish language skill is optional - A proactive, take-charge attitude - you take the initiative - Genuine understanding of why quality matters and how it shows in your work - Curiosity and a genuine appetite for learning new things - Previous soldering experience is an advance Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but it's estimated that work in 2-shift model starts in an upcoming autumn. Interested?
