AI-Native Developer We are looking for an AI-Native Developer to help us build the next generation of healthcare and social services solutions. In this role, you’ll develop solutions that support healthcare and social services professionals in their daily work and improve the quality and efficiency of services. Beyond building software, you’ll help shape how it is designed, developed, and maintained by driving AI-native development practices across the team. Working closely with product management, customers, end users, and other experts, you’ll identify the right problems to solve, explore solution alternatives, and turn ideas into effective implementations. You’ll use AI throughout the development lifecycle—from understanding customer needs and rapid prototyping to software development—helping us improve productivity, quality, and engineering excellence. What you'll be doing: • Developing healthcare and social services solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools. • Designing and building AI agents and other AI-powered solutions. • Participating in customer discovery, solution design, and implementation planning. • Exploring and evaluating AI tools, applying them where they create real value. • Driving AI-native development practices and coaching other developers in effective AI adoption. • Ensuring solutions are high-quality, secure, maintainable, transparent, and aligned with architecture and coding standards. • Taking a holistic approach to development, considering architecture, integrations, data flows, dependencies, security, and the full solution lifecycle. • Turning customer needs into impactful and maintainable solutions that integrate seamlessly into the broader service ecosystem. Your future team In this role, you will be part of the OMNI360 Software Development team working with our healthcare and social services clients. The location of this role is Helsinki, Oulu or Turku, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model.
