IT Solution Architect — remote/hybrid, Helsinki We are looking for a new architect to join our small team of motivated professionals. Job description You work as a consultant in a Decia team that’s embedded in the customer’s organization. The core part of your job is technical solution design for customer systems in an established microservice landscape. You also take part in the implementation, but here you can choose your mode of involvement whether it’s coding, review, coaching, coordination, or whatever you can bring to the table to get the job done. You are never alone, so you don’t need to do everything. What makes you successful here • You communicate well — you speak up when needed and get your thinking across to others. • You think conceptually: you can name ideas clearly and illustrate them with diagrams. • You change your mind when new information comes up. • You enjoy good discussions where the end result is more than the sum of the starting points. What we’re looking for • 5+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles • Hands-on experience building and integrating microservices. Our team works with GCP, Node.js and TypeScript, with Next.js and Tailwind on the front end. • Understanding of how IT projects run in practice • Fluent working English; Finnish is a big bonus What we offer • 6 800–9 000 €/month depending on experience, full-time employment • Flexible remote/hybrid working model Decia We’re a team of three working in long-term customer engagements.
