Associate Site Manager / Site Engineer

We are looking for an ASSOCIATE SITE MANAGER / SITE ENGINEER to work on an industrial project in Northern Sweden. The position will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found, and the estimated duration is until 12/2027. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the management and coordination of daily site operations and schedules Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and personnel on site Monitoring the progress of site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements Cooperating closely with site management, project management, designers, and the client Handling site documentation, reporting, and other project-related coordination tasks We expect you to have: Relevant electrical education (e.g. Electrical Engineer, B.Sc. or M.Sc.) Previous experience in substation or GIS-related projects Good understanding of substation construction and installation processes Good communication skills in English and Swedish Strong organizational and collaboration skills We arrange accommodation, rental car, and trips if needed. You can work directly under our payroll or as a subcontractor through your own company.
