**Job description:** We are looking for an experienced Pakistani Cuisine Chef to join our restaurant in Alavus, Finland. The chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Pakistani dishes, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly. The main duties include: - Preparing traditional Pakistani dishes such as biryani, karahi, curries, kebabs, and naan. - Planning menus and developing new recipes. - Managing food preparation and presentation. - Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. - Ordering ingredients and monitoring stock levels. - Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen. - Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Requirements:** - At least two years of experience in Pakistani cuisine. - Good knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking methods and spices. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. - Proficiency in Urdu and Punjabi. **Salary:** According to experience and agreement. **Application deadline:** Open for at least four weeks. **Nordic Pizza is a restaurant located in Alavus, Finland, offering Pakistani cuisine, pizzas, kebabs and other dishes.
