We are looking for you, Head of Global Financial Services to join our Group Finance organization in Neste headquarters in Espoo. You will focus on leading a global shared service center, Neste Global Financial Services (GFS), which is responsible for timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reporting to internal stakeholders, external auditors and authorities. The service scope includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payments, Asset and Inventory Accounting and General Accounting for Neste subsidiaries across Renewable Products and Oil Products business areas. In this job you will work closely with your own highly skilled GFS leadership team, top-tier finance professionals across the Neste Group, and key function and business stakeholders globally. More about the job Your role in our team Leading the Global Financial Services department’s overall performance, including heading your own leadership team of 7 direct reports and an organization of 65+ finance professionals based in Espoo, Finland. Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while leading robust financial service processes with strong global internal controls. Maintaining and developing the global service delivery model and fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders and counterparties. Driving end-to-end process development, continuous improvement, and financial service automation. Participating in IT systems renewals and M&A projects to provide all potential new group companies with scalable, proper financial services. Keys to success in this role Applicable education, e.g., Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, combined with at least 10 years of relevant work experience. Proven track record in leadership, including providing strategic direction, coaching managers, driving team performance, and fostering global collaboration. Expertise in timely/accurate reporting, internal control frameworks, and running cost management. Solid knowledge of financial processes, systems (especially SAP FI), and accounting principles (IAS/IFRS and Local GAAPs). Experience in end-to-end process development, automation methods (e.g., RPA and AI), and participation in finance IT system projects. Proactive and analytical approach, high adaptability to changing situations, and a strong sense of ownership. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive mindset. Let
