ServiceNow Developer - Employee Portal Transformation

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer for an Employee Portal Transformation. Seniority Level: - Senior (5+ years ServiceNow experience) Responsibilities: - Develop ServiceNow Employee Center / Portal - Implement Service Catalog and workflows - Configure Virtual Agent and AI Search - Optimize ticket creation and UX performance Must-have Requirements: - 5+ years ServiceNow development experience - Strong experience with Employee Center / Service Portal - Expertise in Service Catalog & Flow Designer / workflows - Solid JavaScript / scripting skills - Experience in enterprise implementations Nice-to-have: - Experience with Virtual Agent - AI Search / relevancy tuning experience - UI Builder / Next Experience - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) Answer these questions separately in a few sentences and attach them to your application!
